A luxurious take on our original Scottish Ale which has been aged in locally sourced bourbon barrels. Expect aromas of caramel, toffee, leather, tobacco, and smoke. Medium bodied with notes of roasted malt, oak, bruleed sugar, and a slightly sweet yet balanced finish.

Our classic English Style Porter aged in local bourbon casks. Extremely aromatic black beer with a tan head and notes of malt, chocolate, coffee, bourbon, and oak. Complex flavors including caramel, vanilla, oak, and malt are balanced by a slightly drier finish than our original Porter.

A generous dose of malted rye alongside natural clover honey come together to form this wonderful lager. Stunning amber color and notes of German bread, honey, and warm spice are supported by the satisfyingly full body. With a subtle sweetness, notes of earthy grain, and a floral tea like flavor in the finish.

A robust and rich Porter with aromatics of cacao, coffee, toasted rye bread, and raisin. Expect a full body with a rich finish and notes of dried dark fruit, espresso, toast, and chocolate. Light notes of chocolate and herbal noble hops compliment the richness in the finish for an indulgent experience.

Lumiere

Pale straw colored with apple blossom and woodsy aroma. Lively and light bodied, yet assertive in flavors of ripe pomme fruit and crusty bread. Light notes of French herbs and white wine on the finish lend to a complex and satisfying experience.

The medium body leads seamlessly to a crisp finish while a lingering tropical bouquet continues to fill the senses.
