Edison Brewing Company is a craft brewery in Gahanna Ohio, just outside of the city of Columbus. We brew traditional European-style beers that are designed and overseen by our brew master Zac. We have designed our outdoor beer garden to be vacation-worthy by giving you the authentic German Experience.

Well behaved dogs are allowed on the patio and are to be under the owners control at all time except after 6PM on Thursdays/Fridays/Saturdays. Dogs are not to be on furniture and must be taken outside of the biergarten for relief. Owners must pick up after their dogs. Dogs found urinating or defecating on the artificial grass or in biergarten beds will be asked to leave and not return. Please note that we ask parents to supervise their pets and children while on the premises at all times, particularly during allowed hours. Pets and Children are not to stray from their adult. Pets are not to be on furniture. Children are to be seated and not standing or climbing on fixtures. Failure to do so may result in injury or harm to the child, disruption of other patrons, or damage to property. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. • Safety concerns: We have identified specific safety hazards that could put pets and children at risk after a certain hour. For example, if the business is located near ponds, it may be deemed unsafe for pets or children who may wonder off unattended. • Noise control: It is important to maintain an atmosphere in the evenings to avoid disturbing other patrons. Children and pets can be noisy, so limiting their presence is in respect to other guest. • Cleaning and maintenance: Damaging of property results in extra cleaning time and cost. Please respect our grounds and the investment made to provide such a place to gather. • Legal requirements: We are an adult beverage establishment. To prevent service to those under 21, we need to enforce all patrons to be of drinking age during these busy hours. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in denial of entry or removal from the premises. We reserve the right to enforce these rules in order to ensure the safety and well-being of all patrons and to maintain a pleasant and peaceful atmosphere. Thank you for your cooperation.

No one under 21 is to be at the brewery after 6pm Thursday through Saturday, peak guest hours. Children must be seated with and under the watch of adults at all times. Children found running, climbing on the stage, furniture, and/or fixtures will be asked to leave with their parents. Children are not to treat the biergarten as a playground. Leave landscaping including stones alone. Children and adults are not to cross property lines of neighbor lands.

We currently offer our in-house pinsas on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with plans to expand to additional days in the future. On days when pinsas aren’t available, we host rotating local food trucks. Check our food truck schedule on StreetFood Finder for truck days, and follow our social media for weekly pinasa updates.

To-go packs of beer and bottles of select barrel-aged brews are available for purchase at the brewery. Just stop by the bar to see what’s currently available. You can also find Edison Brewing Company on DoorDash and have your favorite beers delivered straight to you.
