Edison is partnering with High Bank Distillery to bring you the second in a series of 4 classes hosted this winter! You will receive a welcome cocktail then construct 2 cocktails of your own as you learn about bartending. Food is catered by High Bank.

About the event
This is the second class in a series of four hosted this winter. Attendees will be welcomed with a cocktail upon arrival. A representative from High Bank will discuss mixology. Participants will make two cocktails while learning bartending skills. The ticket price includes food, which will be provided.
Food Menu
Devilled Eggs- white barbecue, dill pickles, spicy dust, crispy crunch
Crispy Brussel Sprouts- sweet chili, shoestring sweet potatoes, cilantro
Pulled Beef Barbacoa Sliders- Smoked cheddar cheese, pickled red onions, arugula, chipotle barbecue sauce, Hawaiian rolls
Birthday Cake Donuts- vanilla cream icing, sprinkles
